Default Plyo`s finished - what to do now?

I finished all VJB plyos and now i can dunk off two feet. i could touch 2.95m ( 4inches under the rim) before. My Q is - what to do next? season starts in 20 days. any suggestions for the in-season training? should i do some VJB weight routine?

Nice work. Well done on the persistance. In season definitely work more with weights than plyos. The VJB weights programs are execellent.

oh, so u shouldnt be doin plyos in the season then. do some weights and maybe if u can do some pool plyos, or u could alternate, eg. one week u do normal plyos and then the next week u do pool plyos and so on. with every few weeks a rest off plyos and weights.
