Default VJB please

Hi guys I'm brand new here.

25 year old white british guy looking to get some air back.

I've read all about the vjb and looks like just the ticket. Just one question, where do I find it?

I have previously broken my ankle will that hold up progress or restrict what training I can do?

Any and all advice appreciated.

Cheers

you can find it on www.higher-faster-sports.com or just a hint *use google*.
No this won't hinder your progress, but if I was you I would start mobilizing/stabilizing the ankle. YOu can find some great mobility-stability exercises on the internet *google boy!*

other than that....go for it. age does not hinder you.

I've just started playing ball again after a few years off. I used to be able to dunk off assist and I could a hit a quite a few lucky ones on my own. Now days I can't do anything of the sort.

I want to get back to where I was and achieve better jumps to hopefully dunk better. I'm sure I won't see the results of some of the athletic teens on here but I want to see what I'm really capable of.

I have to wait 4 weeks for a wrist injury to heal properly then I will start posting in the Journal forum. In the meantime I'm going to work on some basic health and fitness and some lower body stuff.

Wish me luck.

actually theres a higher potential for vertical jump around the age of 16 the older you the less effective it is.

I am 30 and have added 13 inches in 9.5 months. That said I have focused solely on this goal to the exclusion of all other training. I still think it would have been much easier though if I was training at 16 with no 60 hour work week.
