Default does???

does weight training increase your running vert? because right now i need a feww more inches to dunk and i NEED to increase my running the most, soo what do u guys think?

and are depth jumps where u jump off of something and then as soon as u hit the floor jump up? or is it where u just absorb the shock?

should i add those for more inches?

depth jumps are where u drop from a ledge and as soon as u hit the ground u jump as high as u can. u shuld probably do some plyometrics with the weights. u should be able to get a few inches off depth jumps but just make sure u have lots of recovery time

ya i think youll probably gain at least 5 inches from gmv

but i dont know it might be overtraining if you do plyos and play in a basketball season at the same time

regular weight training most likely will not increase your one legged jump, to train for one legged jumps you must do one legged exercises like 1 legged squats, deadlift, high pulls, and one legged plyos. training for one leg also helps 2 legged jumpers so train for one leg too.
