Default sorry, another question

is this too much

monday-lift
tuesday fall ball league
wednesday rest
thursday- fall ball league
friday lift
sat and sunday rest.
all the day are including me shooting about 300 shots

damn u got a tight sched n u got skool n a job no wunder u aint sein much gainz i personally think if u doin all them activities u need at least anutha day rest 2 see more gainz buh datz jus ma opinion

Man fuck them programs,just play ball EVERY day (even sunday n saturday) for about 3-4 hours and believe me...you'll be the king of the court

i have
monday - team training
thursday - team training + VJB novice weights
wednesday - team training
thursday - team training
friday - team training + VJB novice weights
Saturday - off or game
Sunday - game

that is a busy schedule. but i can manage that.

Just adding more work isn't going to get you faster results. The programs Kelley Baggett puts together are to help get you there in the shortest time possible, I wouldn't mess with them too much.

Oh yeah and youre not doing anything wrong, your vert is just down because of the fatigue in the muscles and CNS.
