Default My New Program

I made this program simply for my calves. Tell me what you think, I'd appreciate it.

Work out #1

Standing Calf Raises - 5 sets: 10-15 reps
Seated Raises - 5 sets: 15-20 reps
One Leg Raises - 3 sets: 20 reps
Standing Raises with no weight - 3 sets: 20 reps

Work out #2 - the 100 reps set

Perform 3 sets of the following:
Donkey Raises - 50 reps
Seated Raises - 50 reps

i think calf training would not increase your vert much, you should pick a good program and train all parts of your body

he sed he was doing it solely for his calves. he never sed it was for jumping. calves can help ur speed, vert and if u have strong calves it can prevent u from injury and hurting ur achilles tendon and stuff

that will do almost nothing for your vert and aj i think this guy thinks it will help it because he posted it in the jumping section lol

its jump training and hopp exercises, its for any type of exercise programs, u can probably get 5 or 6 inches of vert from ur calves but it would take a while. if he follows this program concistently for a while he will get probably 1 or 2 inches and e able to run a bit faster. it will probably increase his first step speed too.
