Yeh maybe its for nice calves and a.j i think said that u can get 5 to 6 inches in ur vert fomr just calf excersies calfves count about 1/4 of ur jumping and if it takes 9months on plyos to get 10inches i doubt he can get 5 to 6 inches in 2yrs lolz cause if they count to 1/4 of ur vert then its gona take a longggg time.

But if just for looks then i guess.

Actually You guys, I'm pretty happy with my vertical.
28.5 Inches and i'm only 14

My Calves just look scrawny lol

So i wanna make em large.. because to give it that "HARD LOOK"
I have to flex them.. But I want them to look hard even without flexing.
Hmm, how long do you think with this exercise, will it take to get rock hard.. and give them the looks?

Work out #1

Standing Calf Raises - 5 sets: 10-15 reps
Seated Raises - 5 sets: 15-20 reps
One Leg Raises - 3 sets: 20 reps
Standing Raises with no weight - 3 sets: 20 reps

Work out #2 - the 100 reps set

Perform 3 sets of the following:
Donkey Raises - 50 reps
Seated Raises - 50 reps
for your calves it looks good but like sky high said your vert wont get much maybe 1 or 2 inches is what someone told me

A perfect way to build good calves is to do air alert, but that might put you in a wheel chair.
