same here...i can touch the net but not the rim....i dont think about where i land when i(try to dunk lol) jump i just focus on getting to touch the rim for now or the net and most of the time i land pretty safely w/out falling on the floor
ive seen videos in NBA where some players ALMOST hit there head when they dunked and they jumped pretty far away from the goal so i dont know exactly where to jump but i guess its like a layup cuz some ppl jump to do a layup so i would say jump at the same place u wud do a layup maybe...i do n i have no problems
