Default Quick question

I just got VJB not too long ago so if you guys have answered this before then my bad. I never done any jump training in the past, but my vert is around 29 or in the low 30's. I've been doing the beginner plyos since this IS my first jump training, but my question is do you think I should just start at the beginner level and move my way up with the plyos, or should I just go straight into an intermediate plyo program?

Also, no offense to anyone, but please don't give an answer unless you actually know what you're talking about.

i read the whole thing so i think i know what i'm talking about. your vert is 29, according to vjb, you can do novice (don't do intermediate yet). but if you never train before, then the beginner program is fine.
