no shit,? lol i feel sorry for those that did em throughout phase 1 and 2. i just started VJB i got my 2nd workout tommorow. beginners plyos+ bodywdights

i'm about 70% sure how to do them, and you guys always ask for videos for them, so i email kelly to make sure if i did them right...dam, i don't need to do them...
ps
i tested it, no gain yet, i jsut felt i jump higher but, i don't know, and maybe i'm the only one that didn't gain any inches after phase 1.

10 bucks said he lied and ther still in the next updated manual hahahahhaa, but thats good. Yeh i did the cross off box lunge, and i seriously thought it wasnt to hard to interperet, but i was prob doin em wrong. :P
