Default Good N Bad newz

well i gotz great newz i jus had ma trialz 4 ma college team n i got thru n also at da end of tha trialz me n ma m8z wur messin about n i jumpd off ma left foot (tha 1 datz injured frm shin splintz buh recoverin) n i managed 2 hang of a 10ft hoop with ease which woz a first which woz suprisin since i aint playd ball in about a month buh i got more bad newz wit ma injuries 2day mornin b4 ma trialz ma ankle strtd killin n ma right side ov ma hip AND my bludy right sholder hrtz lyk hell ive got lyk tha worst luk ever

Standing Reach: 7ft 9.5 (without shoes)
Wing Span: 6ft 3
After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30
Starting Novice Weights + Upperbody

so did you or do you think you will make the team? if yes, it is totally over your bad news; if not, then you got bad luck. but still, hang on the rim with two hands with ease off a injured leg, that's pretty good...

thnx guyz n skyhigh i dint relly think i wud hav made it coz i strtd fasting on that day n i woz completely drained i had no energy wot so ever especially afta tha suicides buh im glad i made it, now i play 4 2 teamz tha college academy n in a menz league i think ma vertz gon up azwell coz b4 ma shin splintz i cud jus hardly touch tha rim on a gd day

I have no patience for people who like to call names in a FORUM. Specially cocky kids who aren't $%#$# in real life.

So if you're going to shut me up have the decency to do it in person, if you don't, then do it politely

And by the way it wasn't easy to understand. English is not my main language, if you'll post in English at least do it in a way people can understand
