how far away from the rim should u takeoff from. let say start at the 3pt line

1 legged jumperz take off further frm tha hoop than 2 legged jumpers buh i take off on 1 leg about 2feet infront tha free throw line i think lol

i cant dunk well, too close to the rim. i get hung or it rims out

mainly just wherever you are comfortable taking off from.

Running 2 leg: Not sure probly around 30
Running 1 leg: not sure probly around 24 or 25

i guess it doesnt even matter if i dont get a run up. ill just do a standing dunk or sumthing
