im going to do plyometrics but i dont know if im gonna do weight training cause im already fat ... can some one help me her and tell what i should do with the exercise s? I hear that doing weights will gain weight cause of muscle boost and also im already fat so should i jus do plyonetrics ?? can plyometrics be used to lose weight???

what if some of the exercises i dont know like 4 star drill and wtf?

like rangerid always says read the exercise desriptions it will explain it;

but just incase u cant find it the 4 star drill is basically u create 4 18-24 inch squares on the floor and jump from

1 2



4 3

jump all the way round and back again = 1 rep

add weight training to your program, and after you do plyometrcs, rest 4 minutes then do about 3-4 sets of sprints.

so do i do - beg,nov,adv plyo then do weight treining? or do i do a bit of each

do plyos and weights. and do not mix beggener plyos with advanced plyos.

weight trainng comes in sets and reps not weeks ??? can u tell me how it works do i do a set of be weight training after beg plyos?

Dude, read the whole book. It explains everything. Each program is split into phases, phase 1 is weeks 1-4, phase 2 is weeks 5-8, etc. So from weeks 1-4, you would do the workouts listed under "phase 1" and so on. You really shouldn't be doing anything until you read the entire book.

am i wrong or not. i thought it was a 12 weeks program, so phase 1 is week 1-3 and phase 2 is week 4-6, etc
