u shud start again and build ur strength bak up and make sure u dotn get injured again

Runnin vert: 25 (never trained before)
Standing Reach: 7ft 9.5 (without shoes)
Wing Span: 6ft 3
After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30
Starting Novice Weights + Upperbody

I am doing beginners plyos and body weight.
Question: I have almost no time. I am almost forced to do all the exercises at night. I am like doing one of the seven things per day that should be done two times a week. I am not meeting the time schedule. Should I just try to do the exercises no matter how long it takes?

Also: The bulgerian squats are really hard, are they suppose to be that hard?

If you have don't have enough try doing just the plyos or try looking at the time effiency program which can give you some good gains but maybe not as good as the plyos.
