Now i want to get serious about it.. doing some research i stumbled upon this program The Vertical Jump Bible...
My problem is that for what i've been reading that program uses a lot of weights.. and that's something i don't have right now. I thought initially it was strictly plyometrics, but it seems that's not the case.
So the thing i wanted to know is this: is it really worth it?. What about a guy like me who at the moment cannot spend money going to a gym?. What can i do with this program?. I could make the sacrifice to go to a gym.. besides the money my main problem would be the time availability.. but if the program is really worth it (unlike Air Alert) i could make the aditional effort to get it done.
So all i want is some kind of advice
By the way, where can i found this program?
Thanks a lot guys , see ya around

do it and you can do it without weights but its more worth it to get access to a weight room and do it with weights because you'll be dunking in no time

LOL the link is kinda funny if you read what's the objective on the webpage haha
I've been looking for that exercise too, Even if i haven't started the program yet
Don't get me wrong. VJB is great.. but the only problem are some of the descriptions of the exercises. I just can't understand what to do in some of them!
Bodyweights section
;
At least i found out the scissor hip extension
I'm not 100% sure about the Bodyweight squats (because of the Tempo: 1-0-x)
Cross body off-box lunge i don't understand "$("(#
ANd i'm not 100% sure about the Low Peterson Step up. (only 99% sure)
Low means that you'll do that on a low box, and high that you'll do that on a higher box? is that it?

Re: VJB Queston Thread
thx, the twsting lunge looks easy, and it doesn't train the lower body, it seems more focus on training core strength.
when doing the bodyweights squats (1-0-x), you go all the way down in approximately 1 sec, then don't stop (0) and back to standing position as fast as you can (x).
i just do those off box lunge like peterson step up.
and yes, for peterson one, high means higher box (18 in), low means lower one (6-12 in).
