i , lifting and sttuff but my vert isnt up its down about 2 inches, and its pissing me off, im lifting 3 days a week, whats wrong?

mybe your lifting to much weight and your doing it really really slow, or either your legs need some rest, before testing vertical.

um i dont think im doing it too slow, but i havent rested i lift 3 time a week and ball a lot,

is it a vjb weights program u r doin???refer bak 2 it and c if u r doin anything wrong...u could b lifting to much 2 hard 4 u but only u can kno..keep checking little things make big differences bro.. maybe it was just the day u were testing on...dont sweat just think it out

Yeh man u need to resttt!!! I have exactly the same problem haha, every day i cant help but work my legs one way or another. And maybe your lifting too many days a week as well. Most programs ive seen have u lifting twice a week, so you may be working urself a bit hard. I say give urself a small break and see wether or not ur vert goes up when you are at 100% rested...

whether im between training my vert is always lower but when i stop i get my gains so depending on how long u have been lifting then perhaps stop for a week an u will hopefully see the benifits

if you rest for 5-7 days then you will gain all of your vert during the time you rest
