my standing is about 18-19 inches
my running 2 foot and 1 foot are both about 24 inches

and im on the 6th week of vjb, i missed a lot of workouts and i gained about 3 inches so far.

Standing Vert - 32 inches
Running - Unknown

Current training - Working on strength via heavy squats and deadlifts (current max squat 135kg (297 pounds) and deadlift 200kg (440 pounds)) as well as some on box jumps trying to increase the height of the box. Current box height is 50 inches.

My vertical is 19 inches (standing) and 20.5 inches(running),hopefully that can change after VJB.

i don't think we can judge from the pic, first, i don't think you reach the maximum height in the pic (you are dunking in the pic), second, it's only a pic, how do we know your vert? by scale?
