not really that great...one of the response was to run up the stairs with ankle weights? that puts tremendous amount of pressure on your back not mention your knees..wouldnt recommend doing that. just stick to one of the Jump programs.

i know i know. but it has some good info for some newbies like me. and some of it is false. but also, its their opinion not mine. but thought it was a good read

this site is not very smaer in my opinion, half the stuff is calf exercises and the other half of what i read would probably lead to injury, but i didnt read the ending.
