Ok so here's the deal...
I'm a 13 year old 5'10 kid, with a rubbish vertical jump. I've never weight trained before, however I have great jumping endurance. So the other day I was looking for a way to improve my jump and found Air Alert, and saw how awesome the testimonials were and I was just about to buy it... and said to myself "Does it always work?". And then I came to this site and see that AA can cause Jumper's knee and all that crap that will screw up my legs in the future. And I also see that most of the people here would reccomend VJB for begginers (like me). So, should I get it or not?
