Luke vs. Kelly

I think there are threads about which program is better: vjb or tvp and I think most will say that vjb is clearly better

BUT

who do you think knows more about vertical jump training?
LUKE or KELLY

how about virgil apote and the jump experts??
are they more knowledgeable than kelly?

i have jump experts, but i dont know to much about the jump experts, also kelly bagett is a jump expert, and luke lowry was supposed to be, just choose vjb, but jump experts is good to, id go like this,

1, vjb

2, jump expert

3, tvp

VJB is the best for a person who is looking for a specific workout with or without weights but mainly plyos, jump experts is for someone who needs extra programs to add to to his regular program so he could get better gains and have a better overall program and tvp is for the advanced jumper who has access to weights and maybe a pool and also if you're more than 100% commited on improving your vertical.

ok now im new to this site but.... im tryin to increase my vert and i got about 2 months till basketball season starts....what program for increasing vert works the fastest?

can you give me a brief summary of what he says, thanks.

every interview but the one with kelly baggett was good, all kelly talks about is how the full squat and the deadlift are the best exercises. he also talks about how you need a good strength base to achieve great goals when training. and he mentions to jump off an 18 inch box, and if you can depth jump off it then jump back the height of the box you have a good strength base. and thats it really.

i dono bout this one...kelly knows a lot..il say it again he knows a lot..make tat heaps....but luke lowry claims a lot of drastic things...if they r true and his theory works..then id say luke knows more...but 4 most people kelly is better as i dont trust and am kinda skeptical about some of da stufff luke says...i dono bout virgil aponte...

i believe kellly is more knowledgable, luke lowry only seems smarter because he created a program, i wish when i was younger i could get things copyrighted i made something very similer to the upn method before i got tvp. go with vjb.
