can you do it all the exercises but they have to be spread through the weeks yeah?

u done weights b4 kid??cause if u avent its kinda stupid to get u started on it at da age of 13 i recon u should do begginer plyos(or novice if u can) and daa bodyweight leg strenght.u done any jump training b4??
Oh yeah next time u wanna asks questions go through VJB again trust me dude its all in there when i first got it i thaught the same but after a while i found out...just read acrefully and dont b lazy then u wont waste everyones time.....
