Angry what's wrong?

i had been doing vjb (beginner + bodyweights) for 2.5 weeks and yesterday, i measured my vert, NO GAIN. this is really frustrating, any idea what's wrong with that? (i'm pretty sure i did it properly). or i should be patient with it.

Most of your gains come after you finish the program and take a short rest, just be patient.

wait a few days and check again. once your body has fully recovered u will see improvement

Im doin bodyweight and pylos too, and nearly finished phase one... Havent seen any gain watsoever, if maybe a loss of a inch cause my legs are always buggered when i end up goin out to play sum ball, so im hopin that a good maybe week or so rest will help before moving on to the next phase. Did u take time to rest before checking ur very after phase one?

well 1 day. man, we are in the same situation now, i lost 1 inch too. i'm so frustrated. i will just take some rest and be patient.
