^ Lol. My worst is when I loaded up a bar and didn't realize the safety clips were loose. I put on a plate on my end and the thing swung up and broke my nose.

last year i f*cked my back up on squats. i tried to lift heavy early in the morning with little warm up. but even so it wouldn't have been that bad except i pushed on after it initially hurt and it got way worse. anybody who's had a back injury will tell you, that's about as bad as it gets. you can't do anything. no jumping, sprinting, playing any sport is out of the question...its rough

when i was 10 i was training fro a tennis tournament took a serve and partially tore a ligament in my wrist.
that hurt alot. I have also torn my gastronemeus in an 800m race then foolishly finished the race rather than stopping making it worse

then my favourtie but the least painful happened to my co-coach. we were messing around in the sports hall waiting for the kids to turn up and he opened the fire door and said he reckons he could nail a jumper from inside the door. he jumped and smashed his had on the doorframe which was metal. that was funny but hurt him none the less

The list is pretti endless from a number of sports;

I have pulled both hamstrings, groin, a bruised cartlidge under the ribs, from Playin Football (Australian Rules)
Tore the crap out of the ligament on my right ankle skateboarding. It has been a year and a half since n it still troubles me.
10 Stiches to the head from skateboardin
My wrists pretti much crunch and have weakened from landin on them in ball and other sports (go hard or go home :P)
and recently bout 2 weeks go i felt my left shoulder pop out then bak in (im double jointed) when i was benchpressin n that was pretti gay.
Plus for some reason ever since i started vert training my left knee always slightly hurts.... :S
