omg my dude listen first of all can you even palm it? if not then you prob have some earl boykins type of hand thing that we cant do nothing about... now if you can then on your free time just be palming it around the house or something to get better and better... stop with this "program" waste of time thing.. this is just some common sense ... wow, u should be embarassed to want to start a ball palming program.. if u dont have big enough hands u wont be able too... u can strengthen ur hands alot of ways but u could have extremley strong hands, but if thy are short u wont palm it, just practice with a ball that has really deep channels.

thats one of teh ways i gripped. i made a grip program and did it like twice. then i just started trying to grip the ball as hard as i could for as long as i want.

jsut cuz you have smaall hands it doesnt mean you cant palm it, or shuld i say grip it. nate robinson has tiny hands and he can grip the ball fine and a lot of guys with small hands but strong upperbody in genearl can grip it.
