Practice Routine
Hey, I just wanted to ask everybody about what they practice routine is like, mine is I would go start off shoot 50 shots from under the basket, 50 shots in the midrange and 50 shots from past the foul line and some 3 pointers then I would work on my post game and finally i would work on my midrange game like pullup jumpers,1,2 pullup and maybe free throws at the end.

Re: Practice Routine
me i just dribble for 5 mins to get kinda warmed up and then maybe ill run a lap and then illl do some layups and then practice randomly from there....by randomly i mean i might take 20 jumpers, do a couple of layups practicing my dribbling or w/e i feel like, everytime i practice its different lol....but every practice i usually work on my j the most, and i started using just my legs on my jumpshot and i put higher ark on the ball and now im shooting 7-8/10 consistently from about 18 feet...

Re: Practice Routine
I just start out shooting and work my way back, then I work on my dribbling and driving moves, then shoot some more and then go in. Or just play pickup games.

Re: Practice Routine
i do the opposite, free throws "pre warm up" first, then some random shots for "warm up", and then 500 3s at different angles, and then some left hand layups and drives for "cool down".

Re: Practice Routine
I start out close (30 shots). Then one handed shots from the sides (8 feet, 15 shots), Free Throws 50, 10 free throws eyesclosed. Mid-Range atleast take 200 shots and the rest of the time left handed layups and freethrows
