Default 40 inches

hey, so i hav a 24-25 inch vert now. a few weeks ago it was at 22 inches. im turning 14 in october, and i want to be able 2 jump 40 inches by the time im 16. im in the 5th week ( out of 12 weeks) in a jump program i made and have gained a few inches. after that im planning on doing vjb novice weights and probably gmv. once i have finished that, if i have a 30+ inch vertical i think i will do tvp.
afterwards i will do probably luke lowrys superhops and altitude jumps along with some weight training. after that i will probably do another program or sum vertical experts things, or lukes vertical unlimited thing, i dont know. do u guys think that its realistic to gain 18 inches in 2 years and do u think the setup i have will work? thanks

How long minimum do you think it takes to gain 18-20 inches?

definatly possible rember u will probs gain a few inches vert through natural vert anyway. remeber to leave a proper amount of time between each program to make sure u r body recovers and the gains show cos with me when ever i do any sort of training its when i stop for a few weeks then i see the results.

you will.
but dont do TVP, its bullshit. the forumulas and stuffs in there is all wrong. you will know what i mean if you erad the whole thing. his formula for doubling VJ is wrong so his exercises are wrong with it.

i suggset doing JE.

THe super hops and altitude drops are okay. but you have to do pool plyos while doing altitude drops or you wont gain good.
