hey man i eat a lot but excersie a lot so if you eat much but site on your ass all day so how can it be good for ya... ?

lol i have absolutely no fat on my stomach or arms.

i just play about 2-4 hours of bball aday and eat healthy and worked great fro me

im also on that problem im trying out vjb and a good diet to help me body weight
but im good at basketball

yeah, thats gona work for some 500lb fat ppl, but for athletes its completely different. most of us already have low bodyfat and just want to lose like 1%. and if you stop eating like that you are going absolutely noooo where
