Actually, I agree with 24 on this one. I think it was a decent buy. Hell, 5 bucks, at least see what it's like.
@24:The site didn't really look professional, was the program? Also, it seemed like the site made claims that they shouldn't be able to back up. Get more flexible without stretching? Better than TVP with just a few exercises? Et cetera, et cetera.
Also, are the exercises anything new, or could you have found them anywhere?
I guess, yes, it would be cool if you uploaded it.

Ugh, I just read more on that site.
Apparently, if the five dollar program doesn't work for you, then you pay them $50.00 for them to make you a custom program. So, I assume they want you to buy the 5 dollar one, hope that it doesn't work, then pay them $50.00 for a custom program (the real product). When asked if there is a refund policy on the custom program, they respond "Yeah." That's it.
Sounds scammish to me, uh oh.
