Gaining vertical to 50'
So as you know MJ23 have vertical of 43'. But i am only 6.2 and my hands are standard 80cm. So i am also white!!! But i started to use air alert2 and gain like 2.5 inches in only 2 week of program. I dont know but i think thats something. So my goal is 50 inches. And if i grow thats gona be great.
So i know formula for 50 inches but that gona be determination and will. Its hard but one day you gona jump and stick your whole hand into rim. My program is like air alert2, but 10 times harder so if you do in air alert2 on end 1200 burnouts, in my program it will be 6000 burnouts at beginning and at and 10000 burnouts. So does anybody thinks thats gona work?(My program of killing my self with practice  )

Air Alert already has the reputation to be overkill and harmfull for your legs since you do too much repetitions..If you plan on doing even MORE than air alert..You'll end up in a wheelchair..

Ok, you are right but if i do it what then?
I think that today peapole are want results and they dont give too much. So if i force my body to the limits with proper rest i will have big time jump. Its logic.
I didnt say its gona be only 10x air alert2, after 4 weeks of that riding of bicycle is gona be my primary goal. That is very important becose if you have strong legs you can jump, and also you must be an athlete to jump or to sky. So i see you seed in you posts that man cant jump more if he is do not have that in dnk. WRONG.
With proper practice man can do anything. You know impossible is nothing.

So i mesured my vertical, i didnt so far but my vert. is 32.7 inches, i think thats very good. But i ask my self how much time is needed to improve to 40 inches?
Can enibody tell?

I dont think 50 inch is possible, you might be able to get 40 inch tho. All those 50 inch jumpers must be born with high fast-twitching muscle ratio, that's why we dont see them that often. By the way, Air Alert can only bring you to your natural limit, after that no matter how much work you do, you wont have any major gains.

Oh,by the way, if you do 6000 burnouts in the beginning and 10000 at the end, then the workout become aerobics, it doesn't help you to gain explosiveness

First of all that is very possible. Becose MJ23 have vertical 43' , so you all want to say that Michael Jordan CANT HAVE MORE?!?!?!
Ok air alert is not all that i work, i run a lot, and ride bicycle, and that is gona help you to bulk up muscles. When you bulk up muscles its INPOSIBLE that you dont have close to 50' or 50'. OK?
Also and swimming helps. By the way i am from "land of basketball"  Serbia former Yugoslavia. So we beat usa 2002. So that is in our blood, Vlade Divac.
