i have been searching basketball sites and they have some sections we dont like a diet and supplements section and a place people post there own made programs and other free ones they find on the net , if you guys got any ideas i think we should think about it whats your view.

I think a diet and supplement can be another subforum in the jump, training section cuz its very related to training.

in most good trainign programs you will always find a diet section

but you have to consider one thing, this forum isnt that big so we probably wont get many nwe posts.

teh other sites are way bigger. i also go on jump101 which is also a pretty good forum dedicated to jump training. but i dont post there too often. i dont like the admin.

i posted "I got TVP for free" and he sent me a warning sayin i should be saying something like taht. i read the rules and it didnt say that i cant say where i got the shit from. i didnt even post any link to donwloading.

i would liek to see more members on this forum and more people posting and contributing

yea like 5 new people sighned up today but not enough posting, i also go on that website a couple times. i wouldnt share anything with other forums without trade.

me neither, but i wouldnt give some1 with 0 post who joined just for the sake of gettin programs.

i gotten several pms from people with 0 posts who joined and asked me for TVP. but tahts a wrong motive to join a forum.

i think i started by doing that when i had tvp i was trading others for the products so im guilty.

I got another idea for forum, a SUGGESTION/FEEDBACK section. sum forums have this and its a good way to voice your opinion on teh site as well as suggestions.

i have many so i thnk that section would be put into good use.

PS i try to spam as less as i can but we were goin off topic a bit earleir
