Default vertical jump programms that dont require weights??

Hey i am a new member and want to improve my vertical jump
I am looking for a programm which doesnt require any weights
I came across Get Max Vertical ( http://www.GetMaxVertical.com )
and aware jump( www.aware-jump.com )
Has anyone tried one these programms?? are they good??
does anyone know of other vertical jump programms that dont require weights??
I am 6.1 (1/2) and i can already grab the ring and dunk small balls I weigh 160 lbs and am 15 years old....and wanna be able to dunk easily by the start of october

you can do vertical jump bible (vjb) it has weightless options u can do

u should get good results then, do the bodyweight with plyometric exercises and u should get 6+ inches

wen u do, make a thread in the jump programs - journals and testimonials section so u can tell us all ur results and how ur goin and stuff

i'm currently using the get max vertical and it is a good program i gained about 3 in 4 weeks and it's a 8-12 week program. It's not big on weights but it does have a weight workout to do. And know i can dunk half the time
