Default Heellllpppp Vjb Bodyweight Workout

Hey every one just compleated phase 1 of beginers bodyweight training and beginers plyos from the vertical jump bible.

Today i went to do my first work out of phase 2 of the bodyweight training but i cant find out how to do some of the exercises they dont seam to be included in the vjb next to the other exercise descriptions.

These are the ones i couldnt find, any help would be hugely appriciated !!!!

Side to side twisting lunge - couldnt find

1-leg straight leg deadlift - doesnt feel as if this one is working when i do it.

Anyone that can help with either video posts or desciptions would help cos i dont want to fall behind on my workouts.

p.s a gym has opened near me so i could proballly do the novice wieghts do u think its worth perhaps abandoning the body weight and starting the novice weights ????

1-leg straight leg deadlift is same as one legged-deadlift, which is "Stand on one leg. Keep the other foot off the ground but roughly parallel with the leg doing the supporting. Bend the knee of the leg supporting your weight slightly, but remember not to change that knee angle during the exercise (get a partner to watch for this, as it will be tempting!). Now, bend at the waist while allowing the back to round and reach slowly toward the floor. If your range allows, touch the floor with the fingertips and return to the starting position. Use a speed of three seconds down, pause for one second at the top and bottom, and three seconds up. You may struggle with balance, but persist—you'll also be developing the muscles in the foot! The first time you do this, you may find that you're touching down with the non-supporting foot regularly to avoid falling over. That's okay, but try to minimize this in later workouts."
For twisting lunges i think you lunge with one leg and twist the torso the opposite side at the same time.
u should start weights because it's more effective than bodyweights.

There is such as a thing as "Google" and i am 100% sure the exercises are described in VJB.

Most of you ppl skip right to exercise selection without reading every page of it.
You miss valuable information.

So stop making these pointless threads asking about exercises. Not trying to sound mean but it gets kinda annoying. Google them... I love Google
