well that sucks for you. the only thing you could really do is work on your form and dribble all the time. also you could watch other people to try to get better but theres not a whole lot you can do

Well I would rest, rest, and rest. After you feel like your ok buy a knee brace and use it for about 6 months to a year. I went through this kind of problem with my ankles. Every time I would play I would sprain them. I finally broke down and bought a brace and I haven't sprained it since. I don't use the brace anymore but they are a life saver. Remember when your older you don't want to have it replaced because you had to play ball as a kid.

Try doing exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee, lightly at first, but I think it would help. You could try strengthening your ankles and such, and maybe that would help your knees to give them a more stable base.

ya....it was a stupid move on my part but i got impatient from waiting for it to fully heal....i sprained it jus by jumping and landing awkwardly so the bottom part of my leg kinda went to the side while the top part went straight down....i mighta got kicked the third time it happened tho cus its hard to tell when people are surrounding u. it feels the same, either way (like someones kicking ur knee from the side)
