its really up to you , you may want to do them at different times, if when you do them you think it hurts your foot its not actually hurting them its because of your lack of mobility.

i am kind of confused. what exactly are you doing? is ther a program with sets and reps you can follow?
no you make up your own try doing a little more of each exercise everyday sorry i dont have a program made no one cares about there feet even though there important, try 2 sets of 10 for each exercise then tell me how much your leg hurts take about a minute beetween sets.

That is true!!!! but you should only do 100 of them at a time. it doesnt actually increase your vert instantly but it warms you up like crazy. i dotn thik you jump higher but its the best warm up i know of
