in jump experts we all know how it comes all these programs, i was talking with another strength coach you may contact him if you wish, but each program by itself can add inches to your vertical jump he said you could do the power jumper which averages 8 inches in 12 weeks, you can add in the kettleball program which can add more to your vertical and then add the foot and ankle program, to get about another 3 inches, he said these can be combined without overtraining because they each work mostly different body parts, this can also get you ready for more advanced programs like the vertical project, the kettleballs are a great strength training and also you can do the same exercises as deadlifts and squats, but the only draw back is the price off kettleballs bu he said you only need one. if you would like to try these ideas buy it i do not one it but my conversation with him convinced me to mention this to you, sorry for the long message.
