has anyone made programs?
hey, im just wondering if anyone has made their own jump programs or excersize programs. if u hav it wuld b really cool 2 c them. ive started making one and just want 2 c what u guys have done.

i dont got the time or patience to do it :|
thought i bet redsoxfan15 wuold make a really nice one. right now i am just worried about making my schedule cuz its messed up at the moment.

i could make another one not work one like i promised, but there are already programs out there we have almost everyone and they have a way higher degree than me. my work ones good but my friends at work check the forum and it might get caught and i lose my job so not happening. |

ive got others that i ahve made for myself and sports teams i coach but none that are for vert training. if you are still interesting or want anything in paticular i can give it a go for you and ill post it

i have a dribbling program that i made which focuses on handles, cupping, and finger tip control divided in to 3 sections
