i do VJB begginer plyo's on mon wed and fri and upper body on the other three days,and then leave one day off 4 rest.

when i complete my upper body training sched i will post it if u wanna c.i'm still gathering info tat will help me put it together, from many sources and compyling it all together(excersices,and other stuff tat i will need),and when i got wat i need im gonna use TVP's program principles system to create ma program 4 best power output! until then i'm doing regular free weights, some upper body iso and boxing.

That sounds good man! its basically what i am doing too. compiling info from TVP and VJB and many other fitness and weight lifting ebooks that i have.

I wish i had jump experts tho :/

yea im getting heaps of info scowering heaps of sources like on da net in librarys' books from people i know and so on.I'm getting all da stuff dat relate 2 power training 4 da upperbody,balance excesices(4 one of ma freinds he's doing full contact martial arts and he's training wif me)martial arts excertsices(im still new 2 martial arts-some me and ma freind do right now r da ones he knows and some of ma boxing ones) and some more vertical stuff.
and yea i goto get ma hands on jump experts...u heard of the staircase excersices??..i might use them in my boxing warmups wit skipping and just when i have free time..i heard its all around helps evrything like vert, leg strengh, toning, legs basically all u can think off.

about 3 years.i stopped this year cause i got slack and ever since i lost really bad against someone who had a grudge against me,and i havent really gotten over that yet..it was very crushing loss and togh on my ego....but im gonna do some heavy bag work after every upper body workout,i go on the bag for as long as i can using max effort going all out.in my free time i also practice wif a freind and i work on my footwork and defence...i dont think im sparring 4 a while not until i get ma resistance up

koo, iv been doin boxing 4 3 years too but i havent in the last 6 month coz tha trainer guys girlfriend got cancer

i go 2 the gym, i havent spoken 2 him 4 ages but ive heard from other ppl she died hes running another class but its not just boxing so thats the end of me doing boxing 4 a while
