Question about novice weights

hey guys just a question about novice weights, i will listen to anyone but Sari, you will have the most sway in what i do
Im not sure if im doing the right amount of weight on my squats. i put as much as i can do on and do it and add more every week but idk if that is right, so someone plz help me
