Default VJB weights Question

ok so im doing novice weights option 1, which is
Mon. Weights 1 + plyometrics
Tues. off
wed. weights 2
thurs. off
fri. plyos
sat + sun. off

the thing that i dont get is when it says weights 2, does that mean workout B cuz ive just been doin workout A for both of them, in my gym i cant do the barbell lunges, is this ok?

you cant do barbell lunges, do dumbell lunges there similer except dont work the core as much.

no the thing is is that there really isnt much room to do it, there is machine after machine there, and very little walking space, i could try though

oh you dont have to do walking lunges they are better but you can do the lunges in one spot.

if you have a squat rack you can do lunges. step back and forward in the squat lunge. my gym isnt very big either but i can still do it. just dont walk forward continously.

im confused, so you get the bar above ur neck kinda like ur about to do a squat, then you go down on one leg (put one foward) and then lift urself up and then do the other leg?

dude trust me dumbbell lunges r just as good as barbel lunges... but ur gunna be sore as hell next mornin lol
