Well guys i am remaking my schedule and i am gona add bench press to it.
I got TVP printed so i was able to read in depth the part about training and i learned that low reps and high sets are ideal for power.
However, in TVP there is only explosive benchpress and its 45-55% of 1 rep max. my goal is mainly to increase my max benchpress.
So i looked on the net and found this program called
Blast Your Bench, it seemed like a pretty nice program and says it can increase your max bench press by up to 50lbs in 30 days by a shock routine. That, in my opinion, is freaking awesome!
So i decided to download it. i am currently reading it right now and i will tell you guys what i think of it afterwards and if its worth doing. :-D
