Default best training tool/gimmick?

hey guys i want to know wat you think about some training equipment mostly for vert training, but speed's ok too. Jumpsoles, Springbaks, weighted vests, D.A.R.D, agility ladders or anything you have or tried before...feel free to comment.

Ive got Jumpsoles, w/proprioceptors, and Springbaks.

I haven't tried Jumpsoles very often but they're decent at best... but the attachable proprioceptors are a neat tool for ankle stability and general balance.

Springbaks are nice as well they only put an inch on my vert but i found a noticeable increase in running speed and it somewhat lessens the degree of shin splints (yay!)

dont use weighted vests use the weigthed belt it actually helps your vert the vest can slow you down.

and the others are all good

There is a website that has a top 5 training aids, as well as actual reviews for some of the training products you can get such as SkyKIng etc. These guys have some interesting takes on things.

Here are the links

http://www.vertical-jump-homepage.co...ning_aids.html

http://www.vertical-jump-homepage.co...t_reviews.html

It actually has lots of stuff besides this on vertical training.

cool site....

Though i must say DARD and jumpsoles are number one cuz even luke lowrey and Kelly Bagget like them. And those 2 are against everything except their own product

TVP also recommends the SkyKing calf isolator (and just about everything else he can sell) and Kelly Baggett only has moderately nice things to say about most training tools (I think he is more of a believer in the training being the key. I think he is right).

Yeah but calves dont play much of a role in vj. quads and p-chain accounts for way more. so i dont think calf isolators are worth gettnig

they would give you a tiny difference in ur vert but its mainly so u dont get injured and can land safely.

calf insolators only give you inches if used for a long time., rangerids right but also include hamstrings there are others there either the lower leg or part of the poisterior chain, also achiilis tendon is important as shown in super hops.
