Default Whats wrong?

Hey guys, okay, well im kinda pissed at the moment. before i tell you why, i'll give you a lil background.

earlier this year, i did AA3, and completed 10 full weeks of it. I didn't do it properly, it was crap, and i stuffed my legs/knees. I stopped AA3, and my legs were never fully recovered, they were always very weak, etc. for a full 6weeks. I'm pretty sure my vert decreased a little, but thats not the point. I dont know why, but it seems after doing workouts, my legs arent recovering in the 1 week rest that everyone says to take after completing a program/phase.

Now i'm doing vjb(slightly modified a bit) and after 3 weeks my ankle was a little sore, so i took a rest for a week. It's been 2 weeks now, and my muscles are still tired, weak, fatigued. What's wrong? I'm not recovering etc. and I dont wanna keep pushing and working out til they are coz i might damage my legs like i did with AA3. Am I not getting enough protein or something? I usually drink my protein shake straight after my workout(about 10mins after).

I don't wanna hafta wait like 6 weeks for my muscles to recover, coz that means 5 weeks of VJB workouts gone, so what do i do?

um............ ur legs arent gonna be 100% until u complete the program and wait a week!

i recommend doin hydrotherapy for recovery. its explained in TVP

but the thing is,even if i complete the program, its gonna take me like 3 weeks+ to recover =/

trust me...its def worth the wait.

remember what kelly said? he took 2 weeks off and afterwards he got 5 inches more on vj! its because during the tiem he was recovering, he got stornger cuz his muscles were able to fully recover

i was thinking to take 1 week rest every 3 week phase? donno if i should. im just afraid if i keep going with majorly fatigued muscles i'm gonna end up damaging my legs, and becoming weaker and less explosive. i'm still 15 and i dont wanna damage my legs, growth plates, knees or anything =/

dont ever be afraid to take a rest to let yourself recover and build energy. before a big match or race i tend to take a couple fo weeks off from any training except maybe a few shots once in a while

1 week rest inbetween each phase isnt too much ? Im startin begginer plyos & body weight, twice a week (Both on tha same day) if i find its not too hard ill continue tha next phase without resting, cuz 1 week sounds like a long rest.
