Default VJB training

so ive just finished phase 3 of VJB (will post results shortly).

im fine to do the first week of phase 4 this week, but the week after i have a five day basketball camp, so i wnt do week 2 then, i'll wait till the next week but then the week after i do week 2 im going on holiday for a week, so will have to do week 3 another week after. lol its a bit complicated

will this work????

hehe..i did intermediate plyos every day because of holyday... but i dont think this would be good. if i was u i`d rush this workout ( do more than 3 days a week and then go on holiday)

Yeah tahts a bit wack...i went to bball camp and it was bull so i am neva gona go to any aagin.

the coaches ther are nice but the drills that they make you do are kinda lame and we dont play enough games

i know exactly what you mean about bball camps ive coached at some that are complete crap. too many drills and not enough game time. games are the best way for you to improve your skills closely followed by watching the pros do what they do best. drills come after that. or at least that is my opinion anyway useful but too many doesn't help

Mine was horrible...there was 2 hours of DRILLS!!! 2 HOURS!!! and 20-30 minute of GAMPLAY!!! aaahhh... it drives me crazy...and teh drills are useless too..

ive been to two and they were good, i got most improved both times and won free stuff

they can be good yeah i like to think mine are good because i look at mine from a players point of view rather than a coach looking to recruit kids to a team if you catch me? its more important that you have fun playing the sport than it is for you to hammer out drill after drill after drill. the only time i make my teams do a full session of drills is when they've pissed me off by not listening at the beginning or bouncing balls whilst im talking etc.
