that's cool, i'm doing that now, im just afraid i'm gonna damage my legs, coz its been like 3 weeks and after that my legs end up feeling sooo weak, like i just cant be standing up all the time =/

1 week..isnt really that long for your muscles to recover, not for me anyway. im taking two at the moment, and im almost finished, just 2 more days. but yeah, i like having my muscles recovered, then i know that they arent damaged, and i can perform my weights exercises at full strength and not with my body shaking coz of fatigued muscles =/

Yes it is...its long enough for any1 to recover lol. if its not it means your training days are too long and you are overtraining. takes body like 4 days to fully recover

see now thats what i wanted to know, why i cant recover in 1 week, while everyone can recover in 3-4 days. and im also thinking im lacking protein for muscle recovery/building =/

well everyone is different some may recover at a fast rate then others.
here are some good recovery tips
sleep without a pillow hands to your side.
eat fruit in the morning
and eat a lot lol

does hydrotherapy/cryotherapy works for sprained ankles? in tvp, it said hydrotherapy can rapidly flush blood in and out of the surrounding and inflamed muscle area.

where in tvp does it have the hydrotherapy/cryotherapy? is it in the bonuses?coz thats all i have.
is hydrotherapy the one where u for example put ur hands in really cold water, then dip it in hot/warm water, then keep doing it vice versa? if it is, how the heck do you do that with your legs..(esp. quads) =p

yeah, you get in a hot shower for 3 minuets, then in freezing water for 40 seconds.
make sure you do it to the whole body except the head cuz u get headaches. Its important cuz it helps blood circulation. i done it and it really helps with recovery.

i dont remember, it was like 1gram per pound i think.
so if you weight 130 pounds you need 130 grams or protein. correct me if i am wrong
