1 more concern. i think my vert might have decreased by .5-1 inch when i started squatting

i am squatting about 85% of my max and i can squat it up in less than 1 second. isnt that fast enough?

why did i lose inches?

ok, so why did i lose inches??? is it because my muscles are growing?? cuz i am gona restart VJB weights cuz my previous sced i sent you wasnt working out.

i didnt have time and i decided to drop 1 of the p90x workouts. i am taking this week off to relook at my sced.
