yea that should be fast enough thats good i dont see how your vert decreased uless stopping plyos dis it remember once you stop plyos or all forms of sports your vert will decrease.

Shoot, thats probably why. i was counting that jump shots would be my plyos but it looks like i need to do novice plyos once a week.

You think that will be better?

yes to maintain vertical gained from plyos you must do plyos once a week, same for weight training if you want to keep gains from weight training lift atleast once a week.

ok, thanks a lot. I never knew this before. i just assumed that i can gain continuously on my vert just by lifting adn not doing plyos
