Ok Cool Thanks alot

So this is what i should be doing then.

I should reduce my plyos to two times a week because im doing the Bodyweight thing, which i will do on the same days and when i do the proper weight stuff i'll keep the plyos at two times a week, even though it says i should reduce to one.

Will reducing my plyos to two times a week reduce my vert gains?

If it does should i keep it at three or will i hurt myself by doing so.

definetly 2 times a week. it even says in VJB, if you do a weight with plyos, plyos shuld be 2 times a week.

you will over train if yuo weight train lower body twice a week and plyos 3 times a week. If you do VJB novice weights, doing plyos once a week is even enoguh.

Plyos takes much longer then wieghts to recover from

Ah i ok thanks i think i got it now , although im not doing weights yet, just the bodyweight one and im guessing that comes under weights so its 2 times a week for plyos.

Thanks

Increasing your standing vert by 6" and running vert by 3" inches by Phase 2 is awesome! I hope I get gains like you.
