start off by doing beginner plyo and bodyweight

then move to novice plyos and weights.

then move to one of the intermediate phases

then do like TVP or GMV

How much inches can i expect to be added to my vert with doin just novice weight training, and no plyos due to team practices 4 times a week?
Is it posibble to predicted how much inches can i get from all programs from novice to advanced?
And how much could i gain after that by doin tvp?
a lot of question. i know..

no you cant predict that far away because everyones different, one might get 20 inches doing vjb and another might just get 12.
