OK! I got it! maybe not for 100% but it works for me... try not to bend your back when you descend and go up in your jump. i feel stable doing so. and try to plant your legs on the ground as fast as possible after mini-jump hope it helps

well im right handed, but i do a 2 foot jump planting my left foot first. then i a running one, and i jump on my right foot

you should do it vice versa. it looks horrible when right handed man jumps off with right foot. in 2 foot jump right leg is planted first
