Any of you guys that already did it... Did you see instant results, or at least feel instant results after the 1st week or so? I'm starting VJB this week.

After beginners plyo 12 weeks - about 4 inches, after novice - about 3 in, after intermediate about 3 inches. Beginners program was as twice as hard to do as intermediate...

beginners is only probably harder because you have no prior work in plyometrics

if you cant squat and deadlfit1.5 bodyweight and dont have a standing vert of at least 35 you are better off doing VJB. it just conditions you more better
yea u need to be able to squat and deadlift lots but i dont think u need a vert of 35. i reckon bout 30. if u read some of the testimonials on the site some people have started with terrible verts and gained heaps!

Dont ever ever believe testos... those are very rare instances and its not good to judge programs by them

some ppl migth b biased towards som programs.

but u would def benefit from TVP more if you hve hgiher vert.

i got TVP printed so i can study it in depth now and hopefully it can help me more with weightlifting in general. cuz the science in it is awesoem

TVP is worthless unless you have a 35" vert or can easily squat twice your bodyweight. All it is is a long, low intensity workout. MUCH better off with VJB, or even W4SB.

I do a combination of the two.
