Question wtf do i do?

ok...., i can finally squat 1.5 times my weight but i still cant dunk!!! my running vert is higher than my standing so idk what i need 2 do cuz i wanna dunk by school! any suggestions please! do i need plyos or strength

if your running vert is higher than standing it means you got good plyo strength. you should continue strength training.

well your strong enough to do plyos but if you would like to be dunking as soon as possible do plyos, and do weight traing at about 50 percent max 1 rep, if your regularly squatting max weight your vert will soon decrease. instead of traing forstarting acceleration youll be traing for decceleration. so do both.

almost every single person asks the same exact question as you heres your choice since you already have strength.

its almost exact

5.5/10 percent is vertical from plyos. 4.5 percent vertical is from weight training. togather they create ten percent,

if you choose one to do have it be plyos but its better to do both, as i have been taught and what luke lowry and kelly bagett say to weight training is not the best thing for increasing vert plyos are but doing both is even better, if you weight train do not use more than 55 percent max while training for vertical jump i have tried to answer this.

doenst matter...do intermediate if you got experince but novice is for everyone.

add super hops after you finished 6 weeks of calf exercise
